Screenwriter and story artist Collin Jack is handling the story for the third movie and co-directing it alongside Tim Heitz. These include Shrek, Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, and Boss Baby. The Trolls franchise is produced by Dreamworks Animation who have been responsible for some of the most successful and well-loved animated films.
